CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you definitely can. The sooner the better though. We are aiming to dispatch the order within 24 hours. Therefore, if you contact us as soon as possible we will be able to cancel your order and process full refund. You can email us on: hello@tulikids.com
MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are making sure that when packing your orders all the items are packed securely. However, once it goes for shipping it is out of our hands and unfortunately, accidents along the way may happen. If this is the case, please send us photo describing the damage. We can then assess the scale of it and if the item is still in stock we will send a replacement to you at no cost. In a situation when the item is no longer available, we will process a refund of your order.
We will also arrange a collection of your damaged item at no cost to you.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS?
We deliver to the United Kingdom. In stock items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order and receiving funds for that order.
Standard Delivery is free for all orders for the United Kingdom (Mainland only) only.
However, we offer additional options for delivery if you wish to:
- If you need your order in a hurry, simply order by 10am and select Next Day Delivery and your order will be delivered the next working day to Mainland UK addresses.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes, you can. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Please also note, that if you decide to return your order you will need to cover the cost of postage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. More information can be found on our Delivery & Returns page.
