CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you definitely can. The sooner the better though. We are aiming to dispatch the order within 24 hours. Therefore, if you contact us as soon as possible we will be able to cancel your order and process full refund. You can email us on: hello@tulikids.com

MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are making sure that when packing your orders all the items are packed securely. However, once it goes for shipping it is out of our hands and unfortunately, accidents along the way may happen. If this is the case, please send us photo describing the damage. We can then assess the scale of it and if the item is still in stock we will send a replacement to you at no cost. In a situation when the item is no longer available, we will process a refund of your order.

We will also arrange a collection of your damaged item at no cost to you.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS?

We deliver to the United Kingdom. In stock items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order and receiving funds for that order.

Standard Delivery is free for all orders for the United Kingdom (Mainland only) only.

However, we offer additional options for delivery if you wish to:

- If you need your order in a hurry, simply order by 10am and select Next Day Delivery and your order will be delivered the next working day to Mainland UK addresses.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, you can. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Please also note, that if you decide to return your order you will need to cover the cost of postage.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. More information can be found on our Delivery & Returns page.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFIT OF WOODEN TOYS?

Wooden toys have many benefits. They are sustainable, safe to put in the mouth, they offer a great sensory experience, are often simpler in design which fosters the child's imagination and are much more aesthetically pleasing than busy and over complicated plastic toys.

Its goal is to promote learning and creativity. A Montessori toy encourages children to experiment, which enhances learning. A Montessori toy should be one that children can grasp and manipulate, as well as one that has an appealing texture, such as wood or fabric.

HOW DO I KEEP BATH TOYS CLEAN AND MOULD FREE?

Rinse toys thoroughly after each use and place in a location where they can dry completely. We recommend cleaning bath toys at least once a week. For this, place toys in a boiling water bath mixed with a mild detergent for a few minutes, scrub, rinse thoroughly and let completely air dry.

DO YOU OFFER A GIFT WRAPPING OPTION?

Oh yes! Birthdays and gifts are getting easier now! You can use our gift-wrapping service with your order. This way you can gift one (or more) of our lovely goodies and we will take care of the rest!

All gift items are wrapped in 100% recycled and recyclable wrapping paper.
